WHAT ARE YOUR ROLES?

  • Support in legal investigations on business and corporate law
  • Including matters such as, shareholders agreements, dispute procedure between shareholders, commercial contracts, modification of articles of association (for example due to capital increase),
  • Drafting of legal advise on these matters, revision of documents, support in legal procedures.
